Together we will identify your negative patterns, behaviors, and limiting beliefs that hold you back from the life you want. I’ll help you gain the skills and tools needed to create lasting changes.
We will work closely to establish a plan tailored to your specific goals and needs. I enjoy incorporating creativity in session through the use of writing, visualization, art, mindfulness, animal-assisted therapy, and other experiential modalities.
