My Approach to Helping

Do others think you've "got it all together", but internally you often feel like you're falling apart? Maybe you don't feel as much energy as you used to and you're finding yourself feeling emotionally drained. Are you tired of trying to think more positive and it's just not enough? Most of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed and want to learn how to better manage their emotions.

Specializing in depression anxiety for women in their teens and twenties, I take a client centered approach and believe that a strong bond with your counselor is vital to a successful counseling experience. You absolutely do not have to "have it all together" to start towards healing. Contact me today to make sure we will be a good fit.
