About me…I have been working with adults who have experienced trauma and anxiety for over 10 years. I also have a generous background in ADHD, thanks to learning how to work with my ADHD kiddo, and let’s face it, it’s hereditary, myself. I draw from multiple modalities to create a plan just for you! I have advanced training in Heart Centered Hypnotherapy as well as a blend of brain science, somatic techniques, holistic approaches, and evidence based practices. I tend to think outside the box, so your therapy experience may not be what you’re used to.
