My Approach to Helping
When you are facing difficult life challenges, it’s easy to lose sight of hope. Chronic illness, infertility issues, trauma, and loss can take a huge toll on your physical and mental health. If you’re feeling stuck or know you need help processing what is happening in your life, I offer a soft, intuitive approach to helping you through your challenges. I have a master's degree in social work, along with certifications as a yoga teacher and in mindfulness therapy. I help individuals and groups from children to adults find hope and healing.
I advocate a holistic, unified approach for well-being. Because therapy is not one-size-fits-all, I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs and personality. I encourage honesty, openness, and mutual trust between myself and clients. I check in with my clients regularly because I know the relationship between us is extremely important for their growth.

Together, we will incorporate a holistic approach: deep breathing, visualization, meditation, and yoga coupled with traditional psychotherapy interventions and EMDR when needed.
