My Approach to Helping
Stress and emotional pain are feelings that we all experience and often times it can become overwhelming, especially now! Often we find unhealthy ways to cope with the pain that we are feeling and our problems get worse. With my experience as a therapist, I have helped many young people walk the path to a healthy form of emotional healing. Whether you yourself or your child is struggling with feeling down, having excessive worry, struggling to concentrate, acting out, or drinkingsmoking too much, therapy can help.
I specialize in the mental health treatment of adolescents and young adults. My approach to therapy is far more relational and less stiff. Over the years, I've worked with hundreds of adults and young people who were struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance abuse, career issues, and relationship problems.
