A great deal of my experience is in working with children and teens challenged by depression, anxiety, learning differences, autism spectrum disorder, challenges of separationdivorce and blended family issues, among other social-emotional & mental health concerns. In addition, my extensive work with adult clientele often focuses on better identifying, expressing and exploring thoughts & feelings, leading to expanding self-knowledge and perspective -with the goal of learning how to better take control of one's life and respond to challenging situations with effective coping strategies and an improved sense of overall well-being.
