I offer online therapy for men in California. I also provide counseling and sport performance coaching for athletes. My sports background is in bicycle racing, baseball and basketball.

My approach to therapy is based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Therapy with me focuses on your story, your feelings, and your goals. My role is like a coach, who carefully listens to you, then helps you create achievable goals. My hope is for you to learn new skills in therapy that you can consistently use to improve the quality of your life.
