I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I believe that each person is the expert of their life, and I strive to meet each person where they are with no judgment and no preconceived ideas. Counseling is not about labeling problems. Instead, it is about finding solutions and coping mechanisms. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families presented with a variety of issues, with a passion for geriatric mental health. The decision to begin therapy can be life-changing and takes great courage, and I will be here to help you every step of the way.

I am passionate about my work and abilities to help others reach their full potential. My areas of specialization include treatment for grief, depression, life stressors, divorce, blended families, and individuals and families associated with state agencies.
