• Professional Experience: I have over 10 years of experience in working with clients who encompass numerous cultures, sexual and gender identities and Active Duty Veteran populations. I focus on helping my clients manage anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, family & relationship issues, career changes and many other various stage of life concerns.
• Philosophy of Care: My counseling approach is eclectic and includes cognitive-behavioral, strength based, person focused, psychodynamic and solution-focused counseling modalities. I am excited to provide my services through this platform as it opens doors for people who may not traditionally have the opportunity to easily access mental health care. One of my main priorities is to provide quality culturally competent care. I understand that there isn’t a once size fits all approach or a type of provider that works for everyone. I firmly believe there’s numerous ways to achieve my clients goals and as such am committed to working with you until we find the right path for you.
