My Approach to Helping
Ever heard people mentioning that they are in an “existential crisis?” An existential crisis can be triggered by life events such as relationship losses, death of a loved one, quarter- or mid-life crises, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck in life. Some of the symptoms may include feeling alone in the world and experiencing unsettling emotions like uncertainty, despair and anguish etc. If left unchecked, this can lead us to experience overwhelming feelings like depression and anxiety or start doubting our purpose in the world.
At my personal practice, Encompassing Therapy and Counselling, I am a counsellor, specialising in working with clients going through life events and transitions that lead them to question their meaning in lives. My approach is a relational one. This means that I support my clients to be the best versions of themselves through authentic dialogues.
Mental health is not only for those who feel helpless. It is for anyone, myself included. The beauty of therapy is that it is a safe space to explore our most authentic selves and explore ways to own our physical, personal, spiritual and social lives. You are not alone. Allow me to journey with you as you embark on a life of empowerment, clarity and peace.
