I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, adjustment to life transitions, trauma using a holistic and strength-based approach to help clients.
I trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, STAIR, TF-CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Behavior Activation Therapy, and Brief Strategic Therapy. I believe in using a holistic approach to focus on your life as a whole.
