My Approach to Helping
As a therapist and coach, I seek to treat the whole person and begin where they are at. Through depth listening, positive regard, and an open being, I partner with you and use approaches from various modalities (cognitive, solution-focused, client-centered, mindfulness, somatic, humanistic, and positive psychology) to create a path to help you discover your abilities, strengths, and most of all, resilience to address the issues that are facing you.
