My Approach to Helping
Life is tough to manage. I specialize in helping you identify the thoughts, emotions and behaviors that keep you from living to your fullest. Together we can build skills and pursue opportunities to empower you to have a more productive, meaningful and happier life. I implement a number of theoretical orientations because I don’t think a single approach fits everyone. See my treatment preferences for a range of possibilities that all fit within a welcoming and non-judgmental environment of care. I don't tell you who to be; I empower you to show the world who you really are! Each individual is unique. One-size-fits-all approaches will never help you reach full potential. I deliver custom solutions, tailored to you - your performance characteristics, your challenges, your relationships, your culture and environment. You are one-of-a-kind and together we embrace those challenges and seek the best ways to move forward.
