My Approach to Helping

Change the way you think by changing the way you feel! It's true that important things in life are hard, if changing was easy you would have done it already. Do you ever wish you could change the way you think about yourself, others or the world? I know I do and that is exactly why I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. When we can change the way we think we can change the way we feel, and the goal is to feel good. To really make changes in your life so you can feel confident with what ever life throws you, you need to have tools. I love working with people and seeing their lives change, seeing them feel empowered after a short amount time so they can get on with their lives. We all deserve to feel happy.

More Info About My Practice

I have been specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy since 1997, it is the most researched and successful therapy for treating many issues. Please visit my website to learn more about my practice and you can watch me in videos and read numerous newsletters addressing many topics.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I work extensively with clients who suffer from depression & anxiety as well as life issues.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

The way we think effects everything in our lives-our values, morals & choices we make on a daily basis but most of us don't really know what we are thinking and make decisions based on how we feel. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) can help you understand what you are thinking and challenge your thoughts to change your moods, behaviors & physical reactions. Support in life is very important but when you leave my office I want you to know what to do next time you are feeling depressed or having a panic attack. That's when change happens.
