My Approach to Helping
We all have strengths that we can develop, as well as challenges from which we can grow. Each crisis in our lives is an opportunity for healing and growth. As your therapist, I will use a variety of techniques to help you achieve your personal, professional, and spiritual goals. My primary approach is relational psychodynamic, meaning I focus on the healing power of the therapeutic relationship. An interactive, and empathic therapist, I offer advice and support when needed, and I share my own experiences when I think they will be helpful. Though I have extensive, in-depth training, I rely greatly on intuition and humor in my work.
