My approach is based on art and science. The science part is easy to explain. I have the highest levels of training in scientifically backed methods, proven to help. I have years of expertise in delivering these methods effectively.

The art part is just as important. Everyone is different. That is why I treat everyone differently. Some people benefit from structure. Others do better when things are freewheeling. We will decide together which approach is right for you.

As a psychologist, I am curious, warm, accepting, and also challenging. Diversity and inclusion are the foundation of my practice. In a session, sometimes there's sadness, sometimes there's laughter, but no matter what I'll always listen and be honest and open with you.
