My Approach to Helping
Hi there! Finding a therapist can seem daunting and overwhelming! I know there are a lot of options out there. If you're looking for someone with a direct, honest, practical approach, please contact me! I enjoy working with couples and individuals, and have significant clinical training and experience in both areas. I believe therapy is a collaborative process and journey, and that it should be practical for your daily life.
I work with clients that have been in therapy before, and also clients that are in therapy for the first time. Either way, my clients have told me that I am easy to talk to and open up to. My ideal client is looking to gain insight, to change their relationships, and is ready to be challenged! I have a gentle (but still firm!) approach in holding clients accountable to change, and believe in using a good dose of humor along the way!
