For the past 20 years I grew my career searching to improve my understanding of different family dynamics and found my way working with children, non-tradtional families, and severely mentally ill. I have speailty training in Gottman and EMDR but tailor my approach based on what you are hoping to work on including depression, anxiety, or sudden life changes.
