My Approach to Helping
You deserve to live a life that makes you feel excited to wake up in the morning. Over the last decade, I have worked with a wide variety of populations, including individuals and families in the juvenile justice system, the LGBTQIA community, communities of color, people living with HIVAIDS and adolescents in residential treatment facilities. I believe that we all have the power to make needed changes in our lives, and I’ve been grateful to be a part of that change in my clients’ lives.

My therapy style is warm and non-judgmental, and I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused and person centered therapy. Each of my clients is different, and I adjust my style so that we can meet your individual goals and needs.
