My Approach to Helping

I often hear parents say things such as “I love my child but I’m not enjoying being around them anymore” or “I can’t get any alone time because my child always needs to be with me”. Do you ever wish there was a manual for parenting? Have you tried everything but nothing seems to work to manage their behavior or anxiety? Does your child have a chronic health condition that is becoming overwhelming to manage? Maybe parenting is confusing and no longer feels fulfilling. You’re in the right place. You’ve already taken a step toward feeling confident in parenting and managing the challenges of life.

I am a certified Parent Child Interaction Therapy therapist (PCIT), I have training in Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), and I have extensive experience working with children with a variety of chronic health conditions. My training makes me an expert in treating a variety of behavioral conditions and parent-child relationships.
