My Approach to Helping
Immediate Openings are currently available. My interest is to help you thrive in the stress of daily living, to become the kind of person you want to be, and to love the life you have. Some of our daily struggles are difficult to navigate and I am here to help you gain awareness of old patterns and practices and to practice new responses and reactions. I teach new resources and skills and offer methods for change. I use talk therapy and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) integrated with a dash of humor!
