My Approach to Helping
Have you noticed that the things you’ve been doing are no longer effective? At some point, we all find ourselves struggling to achieve our goals, which may result in feelings of sadness, anger, or anxiety. An important step in achieving your goals is to reach out for help.
My approach to therapy involves coming alongside you as we explore what might be preventing you from thriving. These barriers can often include perfectionism, relational difficulties, substance use, life transitions, or spirituality issues. I won’t tell you what to do, but I will pose thoughtful questions and challenge you to think about things differently.
In addition to providing therapy, I also conduct psychological and cognitive assessments to identify strengths and weaknesses and will provide recommendations about how you can utilize your strengths and improve any potential areas of weakness so you can reach your full potential.
